Yes. All our products comply with EU safety standards. Plush toys intended for babies and young children are specially labeled – they contain no buttons or small parts.

You’ll find the cleaning instructions on the label of each plush toy. Most can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle, but some require hand washing. If you’re unsure, just ask us – we’re happy to help!

We accept bank cards and most mobile payment methods. Cash payments are accepted only in-store. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

Yes, you can return the plush toy within 14 days with the receipt, as long as it’s in its original, undamaged condition and has the tag attached. We cannot accept used or damaged items.

Within Hungary, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on when you place your order. During weekends and holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
